My piece of material has never been delivered. Per Etsy it should have been delivered 3/16, but it never arrived or shows delivered on our side. Sent message to seller and basically was told sorry to bad Etsy will cover the issue. I’ve tried to file a claim and it’s been rejected be cause of time limits. But time hasn’t run out because it never arrived! This is my first time filing a claim, and everyone is saying not our problem! If things change I will update the review. Thanks
