I would not recommend this company for any purchases. I am undergoing a serious health crisis and wished to return a very costly purchase as I will not be able to complete the quilt kit. Their offer was to accept a return BUT would charge a 20% restocking fee. (A fee of well Over $40 on an item that they would, as they admitted, have no problem immediately reselling). I guess they’re more concerned with getting as much money as possible instead of showing any compassion to a customer. They should be ashamed of their actions.
